The doll test, The effects of racism on children

The "doll test" is a psychological experiment designed in the 1940s in the USA to test the degree of marginalization felt by African American children caused by prejudice, discrimination and racial segregation. Given the considerable increase of the phenomenon of migration in Europe in recent years

It is really sad to see children who choose between a black doll or a white doll and who choose the one who is bad and the one is good.

Well,this is so sad to see. How children's can chose between a black doll and a white doll and tell which of these is bad.

We can see how from an early age kids see people of different skin colors. It's sad to see that the bad attributes are most of the time given to the black doll.

i think it's a great test for childrens to see the racism that by them selfs they see and come to realise the prejudices in the world
